This dealer has some serious problem, DO NOT BUY THEIR CARS.

Lied to me about my cars value, gave me £95 and put on their site for £995.00 the next day. Car I purchased was known to be faulty and required over £4000 worth of work to pass an MOT. MOT due next month although advertised with 'long MOT'. Promised a full refund, they only let me have a refund £695 less than I paid! On top of losing my old car. Persuing through county court, trading standards and autotrader customer security team. An absolute nightmare.

Lies, false hope and day light robbery. Bought a VW POLO which was wrongly advertised as FULL SERVICE HISTORY and GREAT RUNNER after waiting a week for the useless salesmen have the cars electrics checked and valeted to return to a filthy car drive home 30 miles for the gearbox to fail and the gears not go into 5th gear. Then to my delight the car doors don't even lock, which when originally questioned why the doors are open Bob (questinably his real name) replies "went don't lock any of our car doors sir" which in fact is another lie as we checked other cars to confirm this. Overall I've been robbed £750 and extremely frustrated this won't be the last they hear or see of me !

Please avoid , I was looking to buy a 5 series from these guys , struck a deal for them to get bumpers re sprayed which they did do for me. However the day arrived for me to collect the car, when the car finally arrived approximately 30-40 minutes later is was clean and the work was complete however the car engine was smoking really badly and myself and my wife thought it was going to catch on fire . So we called the guy over who was trying to convince me it's we're the car had been stood for a couple of days....mmmm interesting why we you deliver a car you open the passenger door. ALARM bells ringing I ask for my money back as I wanted nothing to do with car. But as Bobby kept explaining it was a none refundable deposit. So mines lost I will not let this rest and I will be seeking advice but I'm not holding my breath. Please you have BEEN WARNED DO NOT TOUCH THESE PLEASE.

My son and I drove all the way to Heathrow motors to buy a car, the car was not as advertised. The car was very dirty, filthy with some many marks on the body and they did not clean the car despite the fact they gave us appointment and we confirmed that we were on our way. It was very depressing to say the least when Bobby was coercing me to buy the car. Heathrow motors are such a "joke" and highly unprofessional people with no customers skills. It was a waste of our time and fuel . What unhelpful bunch. Do not buy car from Heathrow motors.

Was looking at purchasing a Peugeot 207 from here that looked too good to be true. Turns out it was. A history check confirmed that the vehicle still had outstanding finance on it despite the company claiming that the car had a clear HPI check. DO NOT TRUST HEATHROW MOTORS.

NOT GENUINE, FALSE INFORMATION AND AN OVERALL JOKE! THE DEALERSHIP LOOKED LIKE A SCRAP YARD ON ARRIVAL. HEATHROW MOTORS THOUGHT IT WAS JUST MYSELF COMING TO VIEW THE CAR AT WHICH POINT WERE HAPPY TO SHOW ME THE CAR. AS SOON AS THEY HAD SEEN I WAS WITH A MALE THEY ALL DISPERSED AS I FEEL THEY ALL KNEW WHAT THE CAR WAS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE! HUB CAPS NOT ALLOY WHEELS, THE BACK SEATS WERE TORN APART. THE CAR HAD CLEARLY DONE MORE MILES THAN STATED IN THE ADVERT, THE CAR WAS DIRTY HAD LOADS OF DENTS AND SCRATCHES, AND WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE MODEL ADVERTISED. THE DEALERS HAD NOT EVEN WANTED TO HAND OVER THE KEYS TO LOOK AT THE CAR... WHEN WE QUIZZED ABOUT WHAT KIND OF JOKE THIS WAS THE DEALER COULD ONLY REPLY WITH "WELL THATS YOUR OPINION"... when asked about the MOT they said they would check but never replied, JOKE!! All of the highly rated comments on here are clearly from those of that "company" as anybody WOULD NOT find any of those cars to be happy purchases.. Soo happy I did not purchase, please do not even waste your time and keep your money for something valuable, that you know will not break down in 2 hours. Giving your money to them would be like giving your money away!! No exaggeration!

I visited this place after finding an ad which claimed "Immaculate" condition to only find out that the car has had engine management light and several other lights deleted. It's going to cost me over £2500 to fix and I'm currently in the process of taking them to court in order to get a refund on the car. BE VERY CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE! There are quite a few 5 star reviews here which I believe are staff members writing themselves under different names. Be warned of the owner "Jay". This place is very good at hiding flaws in their cars if mine is anything to go by.
