I was welcomed as soon as I walked into the yard and showed the type of cars for my budget. Daryll was the dealer that served me and his customer service was exemplary. I'm happy with my purchase.

I saw a car listed on Auto Trader by Heathrow Motors. The advert said the car had a full service history, had done 90,000 miles and was in an immaculate condition. I called them to confirm all the details and asked if there were any advisories on the last MOT which I was told there wasn't. Therefore I arranged to view the car the next day. I travelled 2 hours by train to do so. On arrival it became clear that none of the facts in the advert were true other than the make and colour of the car. It had no service history at all, had done an extra 10,000 miles was in a poor condition with deep scratches, a large rip in the drivers seat and broken rear lights and had advisories on the last MOT. When I challenged on the fact that the advert and the telephone conversation had been misleading the sales person just shrugged their shoulders and said they could knock £200 off. What they are trying to do, from what I experienced, is basically mislead customers.

Avoid please, I purchased a Toyota Auris after seeing the add on Auto Trader. The car was advertised as automatic, with full service history and immaculate condition. It turned out to be semi automatic, with no service history paper work and dent on the side. When I asked about the service history I was told to go on direct gov website. Car also had break problems, when I asked them to change the car or give my money back they refused. The car drove ok at the time but soon realised what a bad decision it was to purchase this car from Heathrow Motors.

Bought my first car from Heathrow motors on the 19-September 2014 and it's been a great car. As a first time buyer/driver I had a list to lookout for and the sales person Tony helped me through and made things so easy! On the 17th July 2015 I Part exchanged my car and bought a new one.
