STAY AWAY - was talking to Heathrow Motors about a car that was great value and was promised they would hold it and arrange an appointment. Meanwhile I did an HPI check and got back a CAT D insurance write off warning. This was NOT advertised. I ring them back, confirmed they still had the car, then asked about the history and was immediately told the car had been mysteriously sold over the phone (even though I still had an appointment). So either the car is dodgy as hell and they should not be trusted, or they are happy to sell cars that they promise they will hold, in which case they are not to be trusted. Buyer beware...

Keep away from this place. Check HPI reports for CAT C cars. He won't tell you or forgets to put that info on the webpage. Put deposit down as not being told, He won't give it back even though he knows its illegal.

Just recently part exchanged my BMW X5 for a Mercedes C220. The car was is excellent condition. I was recommended by a friend and I wasn't let down. Service was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bobby and jay were amazing sales men. Not only did they help with finding the perfect car but also were very friendly. Overall amazing service and definitely recommend them!

Excellent service from Daryll (the salesman) Had a problem with the sensor light. This was resolved quickly. Good service from start to finish.

Sold me a stolen car, took months to get some of the cash back, threatened to drag it out through the courts if i didn't settle for less. They were dodgy as hell, avoid. Not even a real company, not registered at address, could easily disappear overnight.

Brought my daughters 1st car, a Renault Clio, it was in immaculate condition as advertised on their website. The salesman who dealt with my purchase (jay) was very helpful and gave me a very good deal. I would highly recommend Heathrow Motors to everyone who wish to purchase a descent car.

Advert was very misleading, no service history or paperwork as advertised. Showroom had the feel of a junk yard. The salesman was friendly but did not offer any discount after I questioned the condition and misleading description of the car. Would not recommend this place!

Bobby was very helpful and did all the paper work and gave me loads of extra deals on the car .
