Simon Allen the sales person involved with me buying a Celerio from Heathrow Suzuki was excellent there was no pressure total understanding of my needs excellent communication I cannot fault him in anyway. Excellent service. People skills excellent. Listening skills excellent. Prompt response to all telephone messages. Worthy of five stars.

Ordered a car in April and told it would arrive mid May. Called in May asking when to pay. Was told arrival date is early June. Called in June, told late June. Called Late June, told August. I had to call each time. Not once did they call me. I called head office and was told the delivery date was August from the start. They were happy to sit on my deposit for 4 months. (interest free loan). Absolute con artists. Suzuki head office were very helpful but take my advice and go to another dealer. I'm not just another disgruntled customer. Look into it. this seems to be an on going issue with then. At best incompetent at worst fraudulent.

Love their service! We Have had 2 cars purchased from this company and have recommended our friends to buy there as well. Zoe at the service counter is friendly and helpful. They seem not to be so formal, and not want to charge for silly things like checking noisy brakes.
