Bought a Fiat 500 in June 2019 from Heathrow Wheels and noticed a knocking noise from the rear. I took it to my local garage who were shocked that I’d been sold the vehicle. Wishbones were both snapped on front, coil springs broken, brake pads 95% worn and bits of the discs missing, radiator leaking - and the worst thing was - this car had just “passed “ an MOT in May - which it should never have done. I did however finally get a refund, but hope the car was not sold on to someone without all the work being done.

Purchased a Mercedes on 11/08/2018 for £6400 , 4 days after i have a very bad engine smoke and noise. it was clearly i needed to take it to a garage.Found out that turbo was long gone and that caused my engine to blow. no refund accepted by their side as i didn't buy warranty. following the law its the only option and i took Heathrow Wheels to court .i won.

if you bought a car on 11/08/2018 how have you managed to take them to court so quickly, i have had to apply for ccj against a dealer last year when i bought a vehicle and broke down within 6 months , they county court advisers said it can be a minimum 6 months before the court acknowledges the questionnaire and you have to wait for the defendant to fill out the same questionnaire i bough a car back in april 2018 my case is due in July against another dealer so im not sure how reliable your claims are towards this dealer.
Bought a car from Heathrrow Wheels in March. As it had a gearbox issue, returned it to them to fix it. Twice. First time they claimed problem was fixed. Total lie, as no work whatsoever was carried on the car. But they managed to scratch all the rims, destroyed a tire, got a parking ticket on it and had the doors dented! Had to return it again, two weeks later and they sat on it for TWO MONTHS AND A HALF!!! They took it to an unauthorized garage and those guys actually broke the gearbox even worse. From what was initially a sensor issue, now the gearbox developed a mechanical issue. Had it fully documented by Audi and asked Heathrow Wheels to return the car and refund my money. They refused and ceased communicating with me in any way. Now I have to take them to court, under the Consumer Rights 2015 act. Worst experience I ever had in my life. I simply can't understand how such a rogue trader could get their hands on an AA endorsement.

Great experience at Heathrow Wheels, they seemed genuinely customer focused and didn't try to up sell me anything I didn't want. They serviced the car and cleaned it inside and out before they handed over the keys, I'm a very happy car buyer.

I bought a Passat from Heathrow Motors and is experiencing a lot of problems it shut down we changed the battery then the coil light came up we got it fixed we had the alternator done and up to now he never sorted the warranty he is very dishonest and we have to take the car back again so it is constant problems all the time. I am planning on dropping the car back for him.
