i had to ask 3 times to update my sat nave that was taking to the wrong places and causing me hell on narrow lanes, etc only tobe told you can do it yourself i had parked in the disabled spot and told the service ` i was in the disapled parking. The whole experience was bad for £450 i was didsnt get my clock set to day lights saving, I had only been to VW in the 60`s and loved the sptit screen van. Now returning after 40 years to VW i will sell and never ever return, the worst experience made worse by feeling like a idiot to be milked for more money. Don't go to Carrs youll regret it. Rod

My wife and I traded our two cars in for a lovely, three year old used VW Polo at Carrs VW at Indian Queens. Sales Exec was top man and all went well when we collected the car on 14.10.19. On 25.11.19, I washed the car and noticed the paint had peeled off the front bumper in two places. I called the garage and was told because the car was outside the manufacturers warranty, there was nothing they could do! I would have to pay for the repainting myself. I asked, politely about customer goodwill /service etc...this is not apparently within their gift! You have been warned to expect to be disappointed with post-sales customer service. They have runt out of it!
