Long review incoming so in summary: 1) Tried to hike the price immediately prior to sale 2) Delivered car with several faults 3) In my opinion, sold me a car with significant wiring defects which had been poorly repaired resulting in inevitable failure. This aspect I cannot prove (best say that as I only get contact from legal advisors now!) I purchased an XC90 in January 2023. First problem - the price had been agreed for several weeks but we were sorting out the part exchange and at the last minute Orlagh asked me to get rid of an ink stain (which I’d declared from the start) so it was delayed by a few days. Once done, I contacted to complete the purchase to be told the price had gone up by £2000! They offered to sell it for £1,050 more than the price agreed. This seems like a sales tactic to me and I refused and walked away from the deal, but was then contacted saying they would agree to the original price. Second problem - on arrival, the memory for the car seat wasn’t working, and neither was the parcel shelf. I sent a video of the parcel shelf and a new one was sent quite quickly, to be fair. I was asked to book the car into Volvo for the memory button which I did for 1/3/23. When there, they found a windscreen camera heater element to be faulty. Car360 agreed to pay for the diagnostics but asked me to claim the others on warranty. I refused as I knew the memory button problem was there on delivery and they agreed to pay this. They asked me to put the camera heater element through warranty, I was open about not knowing when this occurred (as I wasn’t aware until tested at the garage) and thankfully the warranty company paid. All this was bad enough, and had cost me two days going back to Volvo. The third problem however… In February 2024, the car engine light came on. I took it to the garage for repair. The mechanic told me that there were clear and obvious electrical wiring fault – there was non factory tape near the intake air temperature sensor, with several repair connectors in the main harness, presumably placed due to breaks in the loom. I have had a temporary repair done (£495) and been advised due to multiple previous failures, I will need need a complete wiring loom repair (around £2,500) It wouldn’t normally occur to me to contact the dealership as outside of warranty but the mechanic was insistent this should not have happened and the wires were in a poor state of repair. I contacted car360 in February explaining the fault and asking for a copy of the report done prior to sale (never sent to me). Eventually (1/4/24) I was asked to send the technicians report and repair cost. I eventually heard back from a legal advisor on 4/7/24 refusing any culpability and quoting the consumer rights act. Legally, I never felt I had a claim as I cannot prove this occurred prior to sale -yet logically, I would have been in touch sooner if the loom was breaking in multiple places already. I know this, and I feel likely they know this too. I didn’t hear anything back from Orlagh or the car360 team despite replying to this email, just a further reply from the legal advisor. Overall – just don’t do it. This is my first experience using a garage like this, and I would never do it again – multiple stresses, hassles and majorly out of pocket. Really, really poor.

I think people come here when they are really unhappy and I want to buck that trend. My experience was absolutely faultless. From start to finish communication was excellent, my part exchange price was acceptable and the presentation of the car when I picked it up was absolutely spot on. Genuinely not a mark on the car. I really get the sense that they want to make every customer happy. A simple transaction. The only minor gripe would be the £25 charge to have a full charge on collection although it will always be at least 50%. Overall very happy.

Hi, I'm in the process of possibly buying a car from car360 and have read a few reviews yours included. I've mentioned that my friend told me to check out reviews and I'd like to hear from you as to whether they are the same company as Henley cars ? And I'd like your opinion as to them, everything on hold at moment
I purchased a car from here in October 2019- huge mistake. Within 2 months the steering rack went on the bmw- I took it to bmw who quotes £3000 to fix the issue- contacted Henley cars- couldn’t care less terrible service. Since then it’s had a fuel leak which has cost over £4000 to fix. Luckily I had extended warranty cover and they paid out but Henley’s themselves were not interested. Awful company stay clear at all costs!

We came up to Cannock to see a BMW X1 which Ben had kindly sent a personal video of. The vehicle was as described. Ben took us out and went through, in depth, the workings of the vehicle. Very impressed with his knowledge. We went through the financial completion within an hour with no problems and drove the vehicle away that day. I would recommend this garage without hesitation..

I paid 20K for a nice BMW 5 series from Henley Cars. Now I get very annoyed and extremely frustrated every time I drive it. I purchased the car in June 2019 and as soon as I left I realised a creaking sound from the front internal part of the car, assuming this would be something in the compartments I continued to drive home only to realise there wasn't anything left around to cause this, but it was coming from the Dashboard area and I could replicate the exact sound by applying some light pressure on the dashboard. There was no noise during the test drive however the car went into the workshop (to get checked) I believe the noise from the dashboard started after that check. I called Henleys and after a week I managed to get a callback. I was advised to keep an eye on the noise which I did. I then sent an email with my complaint two weeks ago and no reply. I have to say that we received a very warm service from Jon however the after sales service is non existent. Just be careful as I have been left with a beautiful car that annoys the hell out of me every time I drive it.
