I bought a BMW from Henley Cars in April. Everything has been fine overall. The dealership have been really helpful and the car was really good value for money. The car was very clean and in good shape. Happy with everything it all went well and I would recommend this dealership.

I had a great experience at Henley cars when buying my Mini. I was dealt with by a guy called Sid who I found to be really helpful and didn't make me feel pressure to buy / which is rare in this day and age! I am really pleased with my car and when looking to replace I would definately return to Henley Cars!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!! I purchased a BMW 320 convertible from them in September 2015. During the first rainfall after two weeks of purchase the roof was leaking in 3 places and a terrible misfire occurred. I contacted Henleys to see if they were happy with repairing the ignition coils but they stated that they were not on the warranty even though they clearly were. I had the vehicle inspected by a BMW Specialist who confirmed that the roof needed realigning. Henleys said that they would have the car in for repairs. I left the car with them for a week and was given an old Toyota Aygo that had more miles on than santas sledge and the bonnet wouldnt even open however it had just passed an MOT so at this point alarm bells were ringing. I also had to pay for insurance on the death trap. After a week Henleys informed me that the car had been repaired. They stated that the roof just needed seals replacing and that the misfire was down to the injectors needing recoding (insane lol). I asked for proof of work but they said they were waiting for an invoice and it would be in the post so i gave them the rope to hang themselves and they did as know proof could be shown. After 4 days the misfire had returned, the roof was leaking worse, the oil pressure management light was on and a diagnostic check showed an air con fault also. I had the car looked at by two independent BMW specialists who couldn't believe the state of the vehicle and informed me that it needed to go into BMW and that the cost would be ridiculous. Not only did the roof need realigning but the oil pressure pump and switch needed replacing as well as an investigation as to why the car was misfiring so bad. At this point i decided to exercise my statutory rights to reject the vehicle as it was unfit for purpose. Henleys refused and no longer replied to my emails so i had to go through the finance company who also refused. I ended up informing the Financial Ombudsman who didnt take long to decide that the vehicle would be rejected and that the finance company had to pay me my money back, collect the vehicle at no expense to myself and pay me compensation on top. It was a simple process that didnt take long. The vehicle was kept inside by Henleys so it doesnt take a brain surgeon to know that they clearly knew there was terrible faults with the car. It now has to have all the seats renewed and interior also due to water damage so its them who lost out eventually. KNOW YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AND USE THEM IF YOUR NOT BEING TREATED AS YOU SHOULD. If Henleys Ltd respond to this review with lies i would be more than happy to show all paperwork proving that what i have said is factual.
