My wife and I recently purchased a car from Henley Cars. From the minute we walked in, we were looked after. It was pleasant surprise to find that were we not hounded and were left to view the car for as long as we needed. The guys didn't give us the hard sell but were there to advise as and when needed. Overall, a great experience and the car (BMW 118i) is great. I have no worries in recommending these guys for anyone looking for used car.
Very good company to deal with from start to finished. Mercedes ML was as described in the advert, Chris (finance chap) managed to beat finance quote from my bank so all in all was a great deal. Had the car about 6 weeks and very happy with it. Have recommended and would buy from them in the future.
I spotted a BMW 330d tourer on Henley Cars website in Dec '15. The staff were quick to respond to my phone enquiry and answer my questions before I made a decision whether to make the journey to Cannock. When I arrived the staff were pleasant and gave me plenty of time to view the car without standing over me. It was well presented and all the service history mentioned in the advert was present and the vehicles description was accurate. Overall, the purchase was very straight forward. I've had the car for almost 3 months and it's a fabulous car. Would highly recommend Henley Cars to family and friends.
Excellent five star service !!!! My wife and i were looking for a mini for our daughter, we read the previous reviews and nearly didn't call, so glad we did as I'm a chef in a hotel i have a experience in customer satisfaction and i understand some people just cannot be pleased, i would like to give some feed back for the guys though sorry, 1 - we arrived on a busy saturday and waited 15 mins before being served ( maybe more staff needed ), 2 - very difficult to find ( maybe a sign outside ), 3 - If you expect customers to be patient and wait around ( a coffee machine ), That said we left there feeling very happy especially with Sid he was so helpful and we are so impressed with the no hassle approach Thank You Henley cars

Dear RH13 We at Henley cars take customer satisfaction very seriously and we sell around 70 cars per month and in general our customers are completely satisfied with the service we provide. We in our opinion did everything we could to help with your unfortunate situation as the car broke down on a Sunday we were limited with what we could do you kindly offered to have the RAC drop the car back to us so we could have the car repairs carried out, we appreciate the fact your son needed a car to get to work so we offered for him to use the rover he had part exchanged wisle we had his new car repaired you declined probably as we discovered later the rover was in fact undriveable the gearbox and clutch were completely worn out, we do exept the fact that we should have test driven it before doing the deal but we trusted your son when he told us the car was fine but that would explain why he didnt want to use it. We spent in excess of £1000 to repair his new car and garanteed the work for 12 months and also delivered it back to you so you were not inconveniened any more. So we really do not deserve the comments you have left and if the rover that your son part exchanged was broken he could have used it to get to work and not the train. Additionally, I'm glad you reminded me of the work carried out on the Passat being guaranteed for 12 months. Would you care to let us know what exactly is covered as you gave no paperwork, upon return of the car, showing what work was done and what components are covered. I'd be very grateful if you could do this as you wouldn't want one of those components to fail within the 12 months and us not being able to resolve the matter, would you? After reading the review below I felt that I had to write my own as they could not be further from the truth and I feel strongly that the guys at Henley Cars deserve better. Not only did I buy my car from here but I was so pleased with the service and how I was dealt with that I had a car for the missus too. We called ahead to make sure the cars were available both times which they were and we were given an option to put a refundable deposit down to make sure the cars would be available when I got there. Both cars were represented in a great way compared to other places I had visited. The showroom and the staff all look professional and friendly and were ready to help when I needed it. Both cars were ready and prepared in good time and I was kept informed along the way. It was quite possibly the best experience I have had buying from a used car dealer and I will definitely use them in future. Don't be put off by the reviews below as they work hard and professionally and they simply do not deserve some of the comments by said keyboard warriors. I highly recommend Henley Cars and if I ever decide to change my car I will be paying them another visit. Thanks
The car broke down within 20 hours of purchase. The RAC deemed it was "unsafe to drive" at this point. We had to arrange recovery of the car to the dealer, as they wouldn't collect it - this was within 24 hours of purchase. The dealer refused to organize alternative transport for my son, who had to return to work (in the forces) later on that day - a trip of 160 miles. The dealer refused to cover the cost of my son's rail ticket to return to work that day (£124). The dealer took almost 2 weeks to get the car repaired - providing NO car during that time, and refusing to cover any of the costs my son incurred in having no car for almost 2 weeks. The owner didn't phone me up when requested, getting his staff to make the difficult calls. He finally phoned when the car was returned, only to put the phone down on me when I was requesting my son was reimbursed all the costs he had incurred whilst having no car, and the garage having almost £4000 of his cash.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALER!!! I purchased a BMW 1 series and have not stopped having problems with it and they refuse to contact me back and fob me off each time I do hear off them! I don't even feel safe to drive my car! They use a garage to do MOTS and services but the work is not done to an adequate standard in my opinion !!!! I had mine MOT straight after I bought it and it failed massively! Do not waste your money!

I totally agree with this review. My son also bought a car from this dealer this month. As he is in the forces with no wifi and mobile phone coverage, I had to deal with the fallout. Here is my review: Just had the owner of Henley Cars Limited in Cannock, put the phone down on me because (in his words) nothing he could say was going to make me happy. Hmmmm I wonder who would be happy if: * their son bought a car for £4,000 cash which broke down the next day. * which was deemed 'unsafe to drive' by the RAC. * which we had to arranged to be towed back to the Henley Cars because they wouldn't collect it. * who then refused to provide another car, pay for a hire car, or pay the £150 cost of my son returning to work in Plymouth later that day - a trip of around 160 miles. Not to mention the fact they took almost 2 weeks to fix the car, and the owner refused to call me in that time, leaving me chase things up. And even now refuses to take responsibility for my son having had to pay for trains and taxis for almost 2 weeks, whilst they had his car. It was when I mentioned that I'd read this review and was going to encourage my son to get his car MOT'd again to be sure that it had been done properly, that he put the phone down on me!!
I have just bought a nice BMW 5 series from Henley Cars, initially leaving disappointed as they chipped me quite harshly on my trade in! But as I drove away the owner came out to me and said he wanted to help me out and agreed on a decent deal! I was promised some diesel which wasn't done but the BMW I have had is awesome! There was a problem with the rear diff but Henley Cars got it fixed, this was a little frustrating but worth it!! I've been looking at Henleys stock for some time as they have some nice cars! It's a 9/10 from me but I will be going back in a few years to purchase another 5 series! No doubt!!!
I bought a Toyota RAV4 from this garage recently. The whole deal was completed within a couple of hours and I drove away with a great new car. The guys that I dealt with at Henley Cars could not have been more helpful and the whole experience was great. If you're short on time, and want a deal done quickly, these are a great garage, with a massive stock of different models to choose from.
