I can't recommend this dealer enough! I dealt with William throughout, he was absolutely incredible, really friendly, knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the whole process. William even came to collect so that I could pick the car up! I had a slight issue with the car (nothing that could have been foreseen by Henry's) and I called William who came out within 15mins, helped me get back to the dealership, organised a courtesy car without any hassle and kept me updated while my car was getting fixed. I've got my car back again and I'm over the moon with it! Again, I highly recommend this dealership. They go above and beyond and William is brilliant (and makes a cracking cup of coffee!)

Our principal contact was Grant Gilchrist who was totally professional, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the transaction. We particularly appreciated his non pushy approach, and his promised follow-up contact should any queries arise. On the whole it was a pleasurable experience and we would recommend checking with Henrys Honda Glasgow when considering a change of vehicle.

Friendly excellent Service, dealt with several members of staff who were all great. Worked through the whole process with me which was very helpful along with after care package management. Really pleased with the time taken to help familiarise myself the customer with the new car. Also excellent post sale assistance to help with a couple of clarifications.

I recently exchanged my Honda Jazz for a more updated model. Bobby assisted with this & the service he provided was 5 star. Graeme was also extremely helpful and & was very happy with everything that has been discussed. Nothing was of any bother to Bobby & any questions I had to ask him were responded to very quickly. Have used Henrys Honda before and once again would highly recommend them. Thanks for everything Bobby.
My wife and I have just taken delivery of a 1 year old Honda Jazz 1.5 Hybrid from Henrys Honda. A couple of weeks ago we visited the showroom to as we were considering changing our car, which was bought new from Henrys Honda 9 years ago. The sales executive whom we dealt with was Grant Gallacher, whom we dealt with when we bought our last car. On both occasions we have found Grant to be extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. We were very quickly put at our ease by Grant and any questions we had were dealt with and we received a good trade in price for our old car. My wife enquired about heated front seats which was not part of the spec on the car we were looking at, very quickly Grant ascertained that these could be retro fitted. Having popped in on spec., just as a pre-lim to changing our car, we left a happy couple, having bought our 'new' car, which we took delivery of yesterday, with heated seats fitted. I have no hesitation in recommending Henrys Honda and Grant Gallacher to anyone. A 5 star plus experience.

Bobby at Henry’s Honda at Crossmyloof in Glasgow helped me sort out getting a new car very efficiently and quickly. He and all the team there are friendly and informative. I recently purchased a used Honda HRV from Henry's Honda Titwood Road Glasgow and had a very positive experience. The salesman William Smillie gave polite, friendly and professional service. I am very pleased with my new car. I would definately recommend Henrys Honda to family and friends thinking of purchasing a Honda car.
