I recently booked my 10 year old Civic in for its major service and MOT ( which it passed without any problems ) over the phone with Debbie on a day and time to suit me. When I arrived on the day to drop off the car I was treated like an former valued customer by Darren .It was at this time Debbie advised that the part I was told should be replaced by others should be checked by the garage mechanics first. In doing so she saved me a large amount of cash. Debbie kept me up to date on progress during the day and let me know when the car was ready for collection .When I came to collect, Debbie delivered car to the front door cleaned inside and out .That is what I call service. It is a pleasure to deal with a company who put the customer first .Many thanks to all at Henrys Honda and to Martin the Aftersales Manager for his recent e mails. To all at have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year when it comes. See you all next year John Ferguson
