I recently had to replace my Jimny and I was not looking forward to it or even sure what i could replace it with. My thanks to Joe, who was very kind and knowledgeable. He listened to my criteria and and concerns, taking everything I said on board. He then talked me through my options, showing me various cars and letting me sit in various cars so that I could judge visibility. He even stood at the end of the bonnet so that I could judge where the end of the car was (because I am short and get anxious when I cannot see the bonnet). He took me on a test drive and did not rush me. He patiently explained about features, giving me time and space to 'play about' with various controls so that I would be comfortable. He then patiently talked me through the whole process of swapping. He took time to make sure I knew about all the various features before he left (this car is far more high tech than my old one). He even put all my phone details into the car and I had fun trying to phone from the car rather than my phone! He wanted to ensure I was happy and confident with my new car. Thanks to everyone at Henry's who helped me with this process and talked through options and problem solved on my behalf. It is greatly appreciated and will not be forgotten. I would highly recommend Henry's to anyone who wants reliable, friendly advice. And brilliant cars. I did not think that I could like another car as much as I liked my old Jimny or feel as confident driving another car. But the Ignis I got from Henry's is so nice - it is in super condition and glides along the road. I am very happy I chose to let Henry's help me with a new car. Thanks again.

After a nightmare with another well known dealer, we went to Suzuki to purchase a Suzuki ignis. We were met by friendly, helpful staff and enjoyed a lovely test drive before being handed over to Joe. Joe was a right character but very professional, experienced and helpful. He worked through all the paperwork with us, explaining every step, very efficiently. The following day we went to collect our car and again, Joe spent over an hour with us finalising paperwork and showing us every detail of our new purchase. Very professional, knowledgable, helpful and couldn’t meet a nicer guy that Joe. An absolute credit to the branch !
