I wasn’t planning on changing my third Ignis from Henry’s but when Ryan called me with an offer on a new Swift, it was too good to ignore. Having identified a younger automatic version of a Vitara I traded in our old one in an easy deal. Callum Hardwick made this easy and pleasant. Much of the negotiating was done on the phone or by email so that the physical handover was quick and painless.

We have just taken delivery of my new mobility car. The young man who served us was very efficient and informative, he knew exactly what he was doing. I would like to thank Callum for the service he provided. He went through everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. When we picked up the car, he came out with us and explained everything in the car and how it works.
