Cannot fault this dealership for their professionalism within store, especially Claire. There was no pressure put on a sale whatsoever and they explained everything clearly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. They look after you with great courtesy and understanding.
This was my first experience of spending a lot of money on a car I'd never seen. It was a little daunting but Joe's amazing customer service made it simple and stress free. He made me a video of the car and answered all my questions, then took care of all the admin, arranged delivery and talked me through the whole process slowly and efficiently. Thank you Joe, your approach to real customer service was greatly appreciated and a rare experience in today's world. And the car is amazing and already turning heads :-)

Purchased a car from Henry's Suzuki Garage had a great experience with the dealership. A big thank you to salesman Joe who went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. After selling my car i was left with no means of transport to get to Henry's garage Joe very kindly picked me up after work in his car allowing me to collect my new car. I recently bought a used Suzuki Swift from Clair. Excellent service and I got a good trade in price on my Grand Vitara. The pre sales video was very informative and the post sales instruction on what was what in the vehicle very helpful. If you are looking for a Suzuki look no further!

When we arrived at Suzuki , mark ( salesman) was so nice , he was 10 out of 10 , told us everything we needed to know about the car and all the info about mobility With me being in a wheelchair, yes I would go back to Suzuki and tell my friends and family
