THIS IS NOT SLANDER AND SLANDER IS WHERE ITS A LIE THIS IS ALL TRUE !!! Would NOT recommend Henson Motor Group AT ALL !! UNLESS YOU WANT A BROKEN CAR IN THE FIRST WEEK... now we have been stuck with this for 10 months and biggest hell of ours lifes caused nothing but stress.. Bearing in mind had a full sweep and inspection report and 12months MOT before the keys was handed to us.. * first week - clutch broke * few weeks later breaks , wheels needed balancing * fuel filter needed changed ( dispite having a service done they said * glow plugs * dpf done TWICE before they agreed to replace ( didn't tell us this though found out by a different garage , they was told it needed replaced the first time not a force re gen they ignored the REAL mechanics. * seat belt clip MORE THEN ONCE * left clips of main parts, pipes off LET us drive away in this state oil went all over the engine Garage has admitted ON RECORDING they neglected us and put us in danger with our kids more then once.. ** so much more issues to many to list! It's been in garage more then anything. Got the car back week before Christmas the owner DAVID WILSON said YOUS wont be back it's all fine.. Surprise surprise 2 months later its broke again Now owner DAVID WILSON wont sort the issues ignores all messaged hes seen the new report ( done last week by a professional garage ) and pictures of faults of recent ones DOES HE CARE NO.. HIS WORDS I HAVE NEVER GAVE A RE FUND IN 25YEARS AND I DONT INTEND TO.. no thatl be cause he blanks customers and RIPS folk off after getting there money.. I know we are not the only ones.
