My sister purchased a vehicle from Heritage motors which broke down within 2 days. Even though she had been given a guarantee, Adam who sold her the car, was ducking and diving, avoiding her calls and eventually after 6 weeks she was only able to get part of her money refunded. She lost her insurance money and a years road Tax she had paid and lost work opportunity through not having transport. These people are crooks and have no morals. I had to witness my sister in tears over this despicable company. Do not give them your buisness as they have no morals.

I bought a car from this company which after the first trip home was problematic I was left stranded more than once and they then tried to blame me for this. After much agitation and anxiety I eventually got some of my money back but the ordeal cost me £500 and time I will never get back. Please please beware

Be careful not to buy a car the owner has used for 4 few months before sale. I would also recommend if you purchase a car with a new mot you get this checked independently. My experience with this dealer after purchasing a vehicle for £10,500 and being told it's been checked blah blah blah, has left me with £500 pound bill after 2 weeks and 1000/miles of use. Followed by get it checked I will send cash to your prices to repair are too expensive. Firstly when I tries to return the car he was shut, now it's bring it back. Its now a court case you've been warned

This morning we collected our new ( to us anyway !! ) car this morning after viewing and test driving it on Saturday ! What a great experience from start to finish ! Max couldn't have been more helpful ( we're both in our early 70s by the way ) He even fitted a new battery when he discovered it was low when he came to move it after our test drive .Thank you Max , we thoroughly recommend you and Heritage Motors ! I have nothing but positive feedback for Heritage Motor Company, they have been good from start to finish. I part traded my Corsa for yet another Corsa, They made everything as painless for me as possible, which, was a god send seeing as i had only returned to the country after four months and had many other worries on my mind. The car that i purchased was super clean when i got it and looked very good both inside and out, they had great pride in the car that they were selling and this was only a budget vehicle. (I even saw my old car there when i went back to visit, annoyingly, it looked amazing). Soon after purchasing the car, i did have a minor issue with the vehicle. I phoned up and spoke to Max and he was very helpful and made sure that it was looked at when it was convenient to myself. This issue, through no fault of the dealer went on for a little bit but again i was constantly reassured by the dealers that it would get sorted and it did. Many thanks for you help guys, i cant recommend you guys enough. I will certainly be putting your name out there.

Bought a car and then found out it had a few problems. So I got my money back and then the only problem was down to the log book. As they did not send it I cannot get a refund on tax so i am still waiting for nearly 2 months now and I am not happy in paying for a new log book when the car don't even belong to me!!

I had a few Problems to start, but they where very helpful in sorting them out that guys , your help was appreciated, and would consider, in a few years coming back. thank you to everyone at heritage motor company.

We have just bought a Volkswagen from Heritage Motor Company and were impressed with their friendly service. Easy to deal with and very good prices. We were able to buy a car without a pushy salesman. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly. The car was very well valeted and presented. Would definitely buy from them again.

I bought a Porsche Boxster from Richard. I can not fault the company both Richard and Max were very helpful. I took the car for a test drive and it was great., Richard and Max as mentioned are true gentlemen so thank you very much. Thanks Heritage Motor Company for a great car.
