I was excited about buying a new campervan and couldnt wait for our appointment to view the new california ocean this morning. However, when we arrived, the sales person was unable to open the van, didnt know their way around, was rude and disinterested. He couldnt even open the back door! I am extremely disappointed and actually quite angry that he couldnt be bothered.

My partner & I went in on the weekend and saw a chap called Tony, he looked after us from start to finish and really listened to what we wanted! Looking forward to the start of March to get our new 20 plate... Ask for Tony Joannou if you go in to buy a car!

Terrible sales stay clear ! I bought a vw up gti ex demonstrator in april 2019 . I noticed when i got home an alloy was damaged . They promised to pay for a repair due to me living over 200 miles away im still waiting . Allso waited over 6 months for the logbook . After they kept saying they had sent it . Never had . They never return calls . And only finally got my book after saying i would stand outside with a banner warning people how crap they are . Sales man ben poultney is a waste of time . Buy elsewhere ...

Bought my car there a few years back and had all servicing and majority of work completed by Heritage. Last couple of visits there have been shocking. Poor customer service throughout. Unable to take to calls, incorrect information passed between departments at a snail's pace. Coupled with customer service reps who are both cocky and out of their depth. Its clear they cant cope with the increased workload. Shame really as they used to be really amiable and a pleasure to deal with. My impression now is that they have inflated their pricing plans and watered down the customer facing aspect of their business. I was going to be buying a 20 plate from them but have decided to vote with my feet and go elsewhere.
I used to come here regularly for checks to be done on my car. Told I had to wait weeks for a new part as they didn't have enough staff. I remember they used to have some great efficient staff there a few years ago but I've been informed due to over stress, sexism and no support for personal development lots have left. Heritage of Bristol VW has gone downhill.
I booked my tiguan car in for a service T Heritage of Bristol VW and was told my brakes was near to worn and need to be replaced,at the time I never had the money. I thought I would ask my local garage about the brakes they told me I had more than 1 years wear in them and the same for another garage I went to. The problem is vw fitters have got a target to reach each month and its us the customer who gets hit. I will never return to vw bristol again

Failed to inform us that the car we were booked into to test drive was sold. Heritage of Bristol VW completely wasted our time.
Heritage of Bristol never ever answer the phone when they do finally find time to answer the phone and you ask for the parts department you will be told no they will have to call you back as they only have one staff member in the stores last time i left my number i waited 3 days and no call back so if you are planning to get in touch with them i suggest you take a day or two off work and visit them I suggest that whoever is in Charge of this company phones around other different main dealers and take a leaf from their customer services and how efficiently they deal with customer calls and connections to different departments as a footnote I asked to speak to the manager regarding my complaint guess what happened he would not answer his phone good luck
