We were misinformed when purchasing our Brand new car on Hire Purchase against our old Audi lease. We were informed that it was a simple process to relinquish the lease on our current Audi early and that Heritage would deal with it all. After 6 month of chasing them, the lease car was not collected from Heritage despite us chasing them constantly to arrange this and ensure it was collected. We were then informed by Audi finance that we owed nearly £1400. Despite several mails and conversations with Heritage Audi, they washed their hands of the issue and we were left to deal with this problem. We involved the Manager Peter who again, washed his hands of it. We feel we were totally misinformed on the deal from the start and then very little back up after. Very poor service from this dealership and will not be returning when we come to purchase or exchange for another car when due.
