Shocking customer service from local Seat dealership. Purchased a brand new car and waited 7 months for it to arrive. After driving for a couple of weeks realised there was an issue with the brakes. When I phoned to make an appointment had to wait over 2 weeks for them to be able to fit it in. Dropped said car off and arrived around 5pm expecting to have the issue fixed and to pick my car up only to be told it was dangerous to drive and could not have it back. Almost 3 weeks later still no resolution and still without my car. So many times I have been promised a phone call with an update but this doesn't happen, even after escalating it to the after sales manager NIck he still makes promises to ring and then doesn't and when you can eventually get hold of him and ask why there has been no communication apparently its because hes in HR meetings and in his words doesn't have to share his diary with you. Paid over 20K for a brand new car which has been back with Seat Gloucester for almost as long as I have has it. Once the money has been spend customer service is zero.
