Saw a vehicle advertised on Autotrader. It was described in glowing terms. Contacted dealer (Richard) and he gave me the history of the car. Agreed a deal over the telephone. Drove down from West Yorkshire a couple of days later and, there is was. However, the description did not do it justice. It was superbly presented and had the appearance of just being delivered from a main dealer, despite the car being 2.5 years old. Richard and his team could not have been more helpful. No hard sell, no last minute changes in price, etc. Fantastic car, fantastic dealership

Bought a 2012 Range Rover sport from Hertfordshire Motor Company. On driving it home to Durham from london only to realise that It only had wheel nuts missing from both front wheels after been flagged down by another motorist. Secondly having owning the vehicle in less than a week the car had been in 2 of my local garages to confirm that the car had a faulty flex pipe on exhaust also crack on inlet manifold. The Range Rover was returned to Richard from the dealers organised by myself who said he would repair it at his cost and return the vehicle within 1-2 days ? Which I thought was impossible. So now after 1 week with no car and barely no correspondence from the dealer after many calls and messages from myself. I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone and do not know how they are still trading. I am currently now at the stage of seeking legal advice to resurrect the issues above.
Beautifully presented cars at Hertfordshire Motor Company, nice people. I had a small issue with the car after purchase, but they said they would pay to get it fixed and they did.
Hertfordshire Motor Company did everything I asked of them, they have a good reputation which made them an easy choice and it's obvious why, they are professional, know how to treat customers and want to do everything they can to make sure you're happy.
