Thank you to the team at Herts and Essex, all of your help was very much appreciated, I can't thank the team enough for everything they have sorted for me. I thought the experience was great and I am happy with that. I have had a little issue with the key but Chris has been more than on the ball with getting it sorted which, I am also very pleased about. I will rate this lovely garage a 4 stars, I always believe there is room for improvement.

My experience with Herts and Essex Motor Company has been positive overall. The vehicle I purchased is running well without any issues, and I'm pleased with its performance. While there were some minor cosmetic adjustments I wanted to make, I'm still very happy with the car. The customer service provided by the staff was satisfactory, and I found the entire purchasing process to be smooth and hassle free. I will give it a solid 5 star rating. Additionally, the people there were friendly and accommodating, contributing to my overall satisfaction with the dealership.

This dealership.... GOOD AS GOLD! Promptly got everything sorted for me, the Hyundai L800 is great and runs just as it should. They gave me all of the information I needed, told me things about the van before I set off just to make sure I was comfortable. May I add how easy these guys made it for me.... was like a breath of fresh air buying this van. 10/10, good as gold. Highly recommended by me.

I purchased the Hyundai L800 as a project. I am converting the van into a camper! I have a few plans for when its done to go and spend some time up in the hills in the Highlands, which would be so cool. It's going to be such good fun to drive. It drives well as it is now, I am loving getting used to it! The customer service was provided at a high level, the lads took into consideration what I aid/ wanted and all of them were easy to get along with and have a laugh! Looking forward to many more happy miles in the camper!

I am really so happy with my van so far. Condition of the Mercedes Sprinter is just perfect! So clean and tidy, I love! The staff at Herts And Essex even went above and beyond to support me with the finance. They explained everything inside out which was highly helpful for me. My Audi A3 is running sweet! I don't use the car every day but it is used as a little run around car and I've not had any issues with it. I drove it down to Cornwall over Christmas, it go us there and back so It does what it needs to. I was happy when I visited the dealership and the car was ready on time waiting for us.

I was in the market for my first car and I didn't know what to expect from a dealership, as I've never been in one before. Once I arrived, the team were very helpful and they couldn't do enough to help me find the right car. I went for the Seat Ibiza and after taking it out on a test drive, I was keen to take it home on the same day and as I live far away, I didn't know when I would next be able to collect it. Luckily the team were accommodating with this and all the paperwork was completed within a couple of hours. Really happy with my first car buying experience!
