From the moment I walked into this dealership the whole team were so accommodating, as they were standing by to answer any questions I had, allowed me to test drive the car and all that good stuff. There were a few issues with the car but it wasn't something they would of known about but as soon as I mentioned it to this dealership, they had it in the garage and straight back out. Special thank you to the team for a great car!

I've had my Ford Tourneo since October, and it is running smoothly. It is used daily so It has done a lot of motor way miles. The customer service from this team was on the money, as I walked in and they didn't mess me about. The van was as described, the paper work was pushed through quickly and it is still running good as gold so I can't complain.

Very welcoming, friendly staff. Made me feel comfortable. They repaired a few small minor issues with the car without any quibbles, but only a small moan is the locking nut for the car was missing, which I've just realised after I bought the car. I am very hopeful that they will get it sorted for me so only scoring4 stars for repairs. Overall happy

I recently purchased an A Class from Charles at Herts and Essex Motor Company, and I must say that the overall experience has been outstanding. From the moment I drove off the lot, everything has been running smoothly, and I couldn't be happier with my new car.
The A-Class provides a lovely driving experience, and I find it to be an absolute pleasure on the road. There was a minor hiccup with the tires in the first few days, but I took it to the garage, and it turned out to be just a minor system error, they just reset and all was fine, so it was nothing to worry about.
The customer service I received from Charles and the dealership was top-notch. Charles was not only helpful and friendly, but he made the entire process feel far from daunting. Everything about my experience was amazing, and it's clear that the team at Herts and Essex Motor Company knows how to treat their customers right.
Without a doubt, I'd rate my experience with Charles and the A-Class a solid 5/5. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new car. Thanks to Charles and the team, I'm now the proud owner of a fantastic vehicle and couldn't be more satisfied.
