Very happy with the car and the service from Herts and Essex Motor Company.

I have a Mercedes SL as my personal car but needed something more suitable for business. I found a VW Caddy online and enquired with Chris and his team. They got back to straight away and it was an easy process and a fast delivery, a very simple process from start to finish. The Caddy is nice to drive, very different to the Merc... as expected. Quality can't fault

We had a Vauxhall Zafira before. Their is six of us in the family and the back seats are not very spacious in them and there is not a lot of boot space or leg room. Our daughter use to sit in the back and she was always cramped, we were looking for something a little bit bigger, we originally was looking at a Ford Transit or Volkswagen Transport. The other half came across the SsangYong. We searching online and found a couple, we found one with Herts and Essex Motor Company Ltd, which was the best out of the shortlisted. It is the best car we have had and there is plenty of boot space, plenty of leg room and it drives really nice. We dealt with Charles and another guy that worked part time I cannot remember his name though. Charles was fab, he was really helpful getting all the paper work sorted and the finance for me. I found Herts and Essex Motors on auto trader, I gave them a call and they was very friendly and helpful. I went to have a look at BMW X5 took it for a test drive as it was a lovely car. I decided to buy the car and I certainly know that I made the right choice in doing so.
