I came down to view a Mercedes I had found online and I was happy to find it was just a nice in person! I proceeded with the purchase and everything went through nice a smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Buying my A3 from Herts and Essex was hassle free and very quick. I was in and out which is exactly what I wanted, no messing around! The A3 is exactly as it was described to be, in great condition and no unwanted surprises. I have no complaints regarding any part of the buying process or with the team. I LOVE my Qashqai, it has been an absolute dream to drive since it came home with me I am so pleased I made the decision to buy it. I cant thank Herts and Essex enough, they were kind and put no pressure on me. I felt a little apprehensive at first because I had never used this dealership before I didn't know what to expect but there was a nice relaxed atmosphere which was great.

What a cracking team they are down at Herts and Essex, I was put at ease almost immediately! The salesman who I mainly dealt with was very informative and answered all my questions about the car. I was able to take it for a decent test drive before I made my decision too! I of course did decide to go a head with the purchase and have had no regrets.

My Astra is doing well and I have encountered no problems with it what so ever. There is nothing any of the staff members could have done to improve my experience, everyone was very helpful. No complaints from me and I have already recommended Herts and Essex to my friends.

I bought a Nissan Qashqai from Herts and Essex Motor Company about a month or so ago and so far, so good! I love the car it is really nice inside and out. Buying the car was super easy, there was no complicated paperwork to contend with either. The car was beautifully presented when I was viewing and and incredibly clean! I don't think it will ever be that clean again 🙊

Absolutely lovely customer service from the team at Herts and Essex! From the moment I arrived I got a warm welcome and the friendliness continued throughout. There was no pressure while I was viewing the car and I was able to make my own decision in my own time. Since the purchase there has been no issues with the Mercedes so it has got to be five stars from me!
