The sale was very easy, everything was ready on time and done exactly as they said it would be. The smart Fortwo I have purchased is a fantastic little car, its running really nicely.

I recently visited Herts and Essex in Hoddesdon to change my old motor for a lovely Q5. I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who was ever so helpful. He assisted with a test drive and showed me how to to operate the car and all of its functions, he took the time to explain everything in detail. I am very happy with the Audi, I'm still getting used to it but very pleased with how well it drives, its a lovely little car and in perfect condition. I have already recommended and will continue to tell people how great this garage is.

Very accommodating garage! Looked after me well and talked me through the whole process They were upfront with the history and details of the car and allowed me time to look through everything. I never felt any pushy sales tactics, everybody very approachable and down to earth. The C300 that I chose is greatly suited to me, it does everything I need it too and has not caused me a headache yet! So so far so good!

She is really helpful and gave me a really good deal for it, is was nice to deal with a woman in such a male oriented environment too!
