On the day dealerships were back open I went to view a Hyundai Ioniq with Herts and Essex Motor Company, from the very first meeting, Jason was terrific - he wasn't the generic car salesman breathing down your neck, selling extras and add on, he was straight talking and informative. He told me the price, and it was smooth sailing from there, they never once tried to get more money out of it. They didnt need to hard sell to me, the car sold itself and Jason sold the dealership - a excellent example of how to run a business the right way! The car is awesome, I'm enjoying figuring it out and getting used to it, but it drives very nicely and smooth. Thumbs up from me, I will highly recommend this company moving forward!

I was in need of a new car, but I wasn't happy making a purchase as big as a new motor online, without seeing or driving it. On the day the dealerships reopened, I went to Herts and Essex Motor Company to view a Hyundai Ioniq. It was just as described online, it looked perfect. The salesman was not your generic car salesman, there was no hard selling or additional selling. He told me the price and that was that, they didnt try to get anymore money out of me, it was really really straight forward. I was in and out within half an hour, really efficient and quick - I would definitely buy again. The car is awesome, I'm loving getting used to it and figuring everything out, its drives very nicely and smooth.

I dealt with Charles at Herts and Essex and I couldn't fault him what so ever, a really light hearted, friendly and welcoming chap - we had a laugh. He wasn't too serious but was also professional, he made the experience exciting, it was great. I'm really happy with the Kia Rio I purchased its a lovely car and I'm enjoying driving it, I collected it from their site and it looked incredibly clean and sparkly! I cannot fault Chris and Jason at Herts and Essex Motor Company, they were absolutely brilliant, I went to see the car (Audi A3) and it was lovely, I really liked it and didn't want to miss the opportunity. I left a despot with them and arrange to pay the rest by transfer when the car was delivered to me. When the car was delivered I went to make the transfer and my bank would not allow me to make a transaction without going into branch (Due to all the fraud going on and the high amount of money been transferred). I was gutted, I rang Chris and explained, I said you will have to come and take it back until I can sort, he said don't worry try and get to the bank tomorrow, leave the car for tonight and ring me tomorrow, luckily I went in the morning and all was good but Chris didnt need to do that, I was very impressed with the level of trust and very glad I was able to keep the car. Everything is absolutely perfect with the A3, its honestly a great car and its very comfortable & practical its lovely. Herts and Essex Motor Company come with my recommendations and I will 100% buy from them again next time I want to swap my car.
