Absolutely thrilled with the new Mercedes Citan. It is the most useful vehicle we have ever had and could not survive without it now. I don’t know how we did without having it. The customer service from start to finish was absolutely perfect. They were extremely professional. The car was delivered right to our door, and they were brilliant throughout. Communicated the whole day and kept us informed if there were any delays so we were aware and kept in the loop. There was no pressure, and I honestly have no complaints.
