I found Herts and essex motor company online and found a Mercedes, I really liked it and it was a good price. I contacted and they offered me to view and test drive. I went to the dealership and they was very kind and helpful. I really liked the car so we agreed to buy it. It only took a couple of days to get everything sorted and now I'm really happy with it. I would go back to the dealership again when I'm looking for a new car.

I was browsing Autotrader when I came across the Audi A3 advertised by Herts and Essex Motor Company. I liked the look of it and the description sounded exactly what I wanted. I went to the website read a little more about the company and the car, I decided to give them a call. From the initial phone call, the staff were great. The lad I spoke to had lots of information on the car, gave me all the details I needed and was really polite and helpful. I agreed the sale and organised to go and view / collect the car. I'm really happy with the A3, I've had it a few weeks now and no had any issues at all, its running smoothly and its lovely to drive. The car is in immaculate condition and has been very well looked after. I will happily purchase again from Herts and Essex Motor Co in the future, they were fantastic all round!

Very happy with my Audi A3, it's such a nice car to drive. Its the perfect size, engine and spec for what I wanted. The dealer had ensured the car was clean and tidy when I collected, it looks amazing! I've really enjoyed driving it since buying. I was happy with Herts and Essex Motor Company, they were really helpful, they explained everything properly, made sure I was happy and helped me through the documents. I would happily go back here when I'm ready for a new car.

Couldn't fault the service when purchasing my BMW 118, everybody was helpful and friendly, it was perfect. The car is lovely, its very different to what I've had previously, but very nice and I'm enjoying it. I would happily buy from here again, if they had the right car in. I bought a new Seat Ibiza from the dealership, I have had many Ibiza's before-hand and love the cars, I just wanted a newer, more upgraded one and Herts and Essex Motor Co had exactly what I was looking for. I am loving the Suzuki Swift I bought, its a great little car. Very nice to drive, great handling and just the right size. Its running well, no issues at all. So far so good. I was lucky enough to find a Scania R450 at Herts and Essex Motor Co - its not the most common vehicle to buy from a used car dealership. The truck is spot on. No issues at all. The guy I dealt with was brilliant, highly recommend the dealership.

The customer service provided couldn't have been better, everybody I spoke to during the sale was helpful, friendly and very informative. I purchased an Audi A1, and I'm really happy with it. The car is currently back with Herts and Essex Motor Company at the minute, the windscreen needs replacing, the dealership were fantastic about it. They got me booked in when they could and have given me a courtesy car to use in the mean-time - they were extremely helpful with the issue - no quibble. I'm impressed to see the after sales service is just as good as the sales service. Definitely recommend.
