Very pleased with brad and the guys over at Herts and Essex motor company, I was very sceptical buying a used car until meeting brad who explained the aftersales process and supplied me with a 12 month warranty for peace of mind. Overall a very satisfied customer.

I recently bought a car with Herts and Essex Motors and the service which I received was excellent. All members of staff were friendly from start to finish, with all enquiries met. Nothing was too much trouble for them and i never felt like I was asking too much with all the rest drives! Great experience! I found the sales guy Brad very knowledgeable and helpful in the purchase of my M3 coupe. Whilst i was at the showroom i mentioned to Brad my niece was looking for her first car and he went out his way to source her a peugeot 107! Great service guys!

Brought a Smart car a couple of weeks ago no real problems except like several other people there was no service book, the ad said Full Service History, sorry Brad you lie about the service, also they got the mot done and I took it to my local garage in Rugby the next day only to be told the nearside headlight was hanging by a thread, cost me £200. If you are going to buy a car from them please be careful im not saying they are con merchants but not far off. He did not know about putting plares on retention either

I had been looking for a Range Rover Sport Autobiography for some time and eventually saw the one I wanted at Herts and Essex.I arranged to go up and see it and travelled all the way from Plymouth. Car was as it said on the tin...few bits needed sorting out which were done by the time I returned the following week and part exchanged my car at the same time.I found the staff'non pushy'but knowledgable and the purchase was simple.i have noticed a small fault with the washer fluid warning and that is being rectified. The vehicle was advertised with full service history but Brad is currently chasing up the service record for me. I am genuinely very pleased with the vehicle and would definately recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good deal on a secondhand car.

Bought a Porsche 911 from Herts and Essex motor company in April this year car has been perfect. The salesman there Brad and Jason were great.friendly and helpful. When I got home realised there was 4 months mot. Today I took it back in they done me free mot and I got a service at less than half the price was quoted at another garage. Will recommend to all my friends and family.
