I bought a van from Herts and Essex Motor Company and I am very satisfied with it. The van is fab, reliable and spacious. The only issue I had was that the headlights were not working, but I replaced the bulbs and all worked perfectly, it wasn't any hassle. The customer service was really good, they took me out on a test drive and explained everything I needed to know. They were very trustworthy and polite guys. I would give them 4 stars out of 5, because there is always room for improvement, but I can’t think of anything they could have done better.

I can't thank Herts and Motor company ltd enough for making the buying process so easy and stress free. I saw a car I liked on their website so I gave them a call and after speaking to Charles on the phone I knew this was the dealer for me. Charles was very friendly and helpful, and after a few bad experiences with previous dealers I felt immediately at ease. I didn't have time to go and view the car but I trusted Charles completely and got it delivered to me. I was not disappointed! The car was even better than expected and I have no issues whatsoever. I'm very glad I decided to go with Herts and Motors and will definitely be checking their stock again when I'm ready for an upgrade! Thanks to Charles and the team I am a very happy customer!

The Seat Ibiza is a good little car and I am thoroughly enjoying getting said to it. The car suits my needs perfectly and does what I need it to do with no issues at all. It runs great, its reliable and looks great! The customer service was all good, no issues at all! The team did more than I could of asked for. I would not hesitate to give a 5 star rating!
