Nothing was too much trouble for them, they really did go out of their way to help me in making the decision to make this purchase, answered all my questions, didn't put any pressure on me and gave me the time I needed. I love my new Discovery, I am over the moon with it.

The Citan that I purchased is doing well but is a little bit on the small side for me! For now it has gotten me out of the woods. I can't remember the name of the chap I was dealing with but he was lovely and more than helpful. I might even spoil him rotten and give him five stars, as long as he doesn't get a big head and start bragging about it. 😜

I've had a good experience with my car so far, apart from one small issue. When it was delivered, it had no petrol. However, the customer service was fine, and Andrew arranged everything for me, including the finance. Overall, I was very pleased with the service I received, and I would rate it 4 stars.

Everyone we spoke to at Herts and Essex was super helpful and super kind. We were operating on a tight schedule to get the V Class and the one thing that could have improved our overall experience would have been the time it took for our messages to be responded to. Everything came together in the end though and my husband absolutely loves the V Class, it is just what he needed!
