I've never been to a more polite and friendly dealership. The vibe at the showroom was nice and there was never any pushy hard selling. They let me take my time when viewing the car and weren't constantly looking over my shoulder. They were there when I needed them and answered any question I had. My car is in such a nice condition for a second hand car, and drives like a dream! It was such a simple transaction, all that was left to do was to sign and drive away with a stunning motor. I went to Herts and Essex after seeing a Mini online, I loved the car and it was exactly what I was looking for. I'm not local to the dealership but didnt mind the travel as the car ticked every box. I recently used this dealership when I bought my A1, it is a beautiful car and runs perfectly, its all I've ever wanted!!. Now, this is going to be a 100% honest review, I am not going to hide the fact that we had a problem with our vehicle... because well, we did. However, the way they handled the situation is the reason for my 5* review today. I don't think I've ever come across a dealer that has been so willing to help and they actually wanted to help when I found a problem with the car. They arranged everything for me, they told me the time and date to bring the car in and exactly what time it would be finished. At the time I was thinking "this is too good to be true", as often you find that dealers turn a blind eye to their aftersales, so naturally I was a bit worried. However, I was far from right. My car went into the garage and was all repaired within a matter of hours and came out basically brand new. I am so impressed with the level of customer service, I can't put into words how happy I am with the way they resolved my issue. Herts and Essex have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and have proven how trust worthy and reliable they really are. I would 1000% recommend them to others if you are looking for a second hand car, you will not look back, and will definitely leave feeling ecstatic about your new purchase. For me, its the peace of mind that comes with the purchase here, you will be looked after for sure!
