This is my second time buying a car from Herts and Essex Motor Company. I bought a BMW this time and its a fantastic car! Its been running nicely and I'm really enjoying it. I dealt with Chris initially and then it was Charlie that sold me the car, they were both great, really chatty and helpful. It was just a really enjoyable experience and I'd definitely go back for a third time!

A very easy process from start to finish. Chis and the team were great help, they were more than happy to go above and beyond in helping me make a decision and providing me with all the correct information. Their communication was great, they kept me informed really well and made sure that I was happy with everything before driving away. Definitely a 5 star service from the team.

I didn't actually mean to buy a car from Herts and Essex, I was actually going down to London to buy another car but when I arrived it had been sold. I was driving home and decided to look up dealerships in the area and found Herts and Essex nearby, when searching through their site I found they sold a lot of nice looking cars and had lots of good reviews too. I just turned up at the dealership and it was Chris who greeted me, he was very very helpful. Although I didnt have an appointment Chris was more than willing to accommodate and move things around so I could look around. I had a look around at all the cars and a Range Rover really stood out to me. Chris showed me round the car and I put a deposit on it there and then. It only took a few days for the turnaround and when I went back to pick it up it was all clean and shining. The lady I dealt with was great too, very thorough with everything and kind and caring. I drove away one very happy customer. I love my Range Rover and am so glad that I got it. I will always recommend Herts and Essex to friends, family and colleagues, a super experience.

The Range Rover is a great car, a great size and looks fantastic too. The dealership is very helpful and on the ball. I arrived to collect the car and it was all ready on time, presented really nicely and I was more than happy when driving it away. I've really been enjoying the car over these past few weeks. I wish I had found Herts and Essex before now!! I've had a fair few cars in my time and as much as I love having a new car, I hate the buying process.. its always a huge stress. However, on this occasion I couldn't be any more wrong, Herts and Essex have been incredible! They were unbelievably helpful from start to finish and made sure that everything went smoothly and was effortless from my side.. This has got to be the easiest car purchase I have ever gone through. I will be back for all future car purchases and your name will be recommended by me for years to come!

The guys at Herts and Essex were all really nice and helpful, they definitely looked after me whilst I was there and I really appreciated the follow up call too. The Mercedes is great, I absolutely love the car and am so pleased that I bought it.

Brilliant from start to finish, couldn't fault the process and the way in which everything was handled throughout the sale. It's a great car and has been used for what it was bought for. Really impressed with everything; couldn't ask for anymore.
