Please do not use this dealership. I regret purchasing my car from them. My car wAs sold not as described and advertised. After two months I'm still waiting on updates on my missing dvd screen from Brad. I have had no responses from him despite several chasers. When I do get him on phone he feeds stories of there being a delay and he will call back but he never does. Very poor service and dishonest people. I wish I had read the reviews before using this horrid company.

Herts and Essex Motor Company Ltd misled me about numerous things when I bought a car from them. When I asked to return the car, they became rude and even cut me off a few times. They are happy to lie to sell a car, but when it comes to returns, you have to deal with the director who is nowhere to be seen and can apparently only be contacted by email, but never replies to emails. It is obvious this is just a method to shift responsibility. This company was formerly known as Elite Prestige. Just read up on the reviews of that company.

I picked up a 54 plate bmw they took in on a part ex there tunrned out to be a problem after about 25 miles with it. I took it back the next day they gave me a full rufund . I ended up buying a 2008 jaguar from Brad . The car is amazing drives like a dream great quality inside and out Buying a second hand car is always a gamble, but it worked out for us . Brad could not have been any more accommodating . I'm very please with the overall service and would recommend them to anyone .

I bought a Citroen DS3 from these guys. They were great, very helpful. Both Brad and Jason were far from your typical car sales guys which I don't like. Very pleasant to deal with. And I absolutely love the car. I have had no problems with it. I even left a cherished photograph in the car I part ex'd. They were kind enough to send it back to me in protected packaging. I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Pleasure doing business with them, far better than a forecourt garage experience.

Brought a car from these.I dealt with Brad and at first he was helpful. After 3 weeks the car broke, to their credit they took it back but they kept it for over a month with a string of excuses as to what was going on. They were helping in giving me a car after a week of having it which was nice. After getting my car back this is where things go down hill. They returned the car with a broken side skirt and done nothing about it also a week after having it the car broke down. I got a mechanic to look at it and he said the car had been bodged together and after a £1400 bill I told brad what had happened. Got an email from Chris to state they were not interested in helping at all so thanks guys. NOTE: These used to be known as "Elite prestige hoddesdon" check google for them and you'll see how their reviews are too as it will give you an indication of how they treat other customers.

I purchased an XF Jaguar from these people and I must say not only was it a well priced car but they gave me an excellent service and p/ex price for my old Jag. I will use them again in a few years without doubt. Shirley Yarnton
