Happy with the van purchase and the service we received when buying the van Would recommend.

My Mercedes has been great, I really love the drive even though it is a second hand van it sound, feels and goes like a new van. I would highly recommend Herts and Essex for a new van, decent lads and decent stock.

Not my first time buying a van, so I knew what to look for but it runs great and It is great for work purposes. Good customer service also from the team.

I run a taxi service so having a reliable minibus was key, as I would be covering a lot of milage. Jack sold me the minibus and advised me it is a reliable vehicle for my line of work. So far, everything is running great and the van has proven to be the van that was sold to me. Just as advertised and in excellent condition. I will come back to Jack when I need another new van for the taxi business!

I purchase a lot of vans in my line of work and some vans on the market are okay and they will do.... but the van that I purchased from here is in amazing condition, it was well kept, nice to drive and really robust. its clearly been looked after well. The mileage is quite high but it's a second hand van so I expected nothing less, it doesn't skip a beat though. All round I'm very happy and it was 100% from start to finish.

I needed a large van for work and Jack helped me to find the perfect van for the sort of work I do. Everything was a smooth process from start to finish and to be honest with you, it was simple, stress-free and not hard selling pushiness! I don't have any complaints as I have had no problems at all with the van or the service Jack provided.

My employees did most of the work when buying a van, they communicated with the dealership and went to collect, but they did say the van was presented to a high standard and since buying it, all works very well. Being honest, that's all that I care about as long as the employees have a decent van to get around in, I'm a happy boss!

It was my first time purchasing a van, ever! I understood that it's a different kind of vehicle shopping compared to when you shop for a car, but I wasn't sure what I should of been looking at differently... I didn't know the do's and don'ts so I heavily relied on the dealership being upfront and honest. Jack looked after me throughout the sales process and took all of my work into consideration before selecting a van that suited best... this is how I ended up with the Ford Transit! I use it daily and it is perfect for what I was looking for in a van. Jack didnt just try and sell me the first or most expensive van (and he probably could have), he took my needs into consideration and I feel the van is a perfect match for me. Thanks to Jack and his team for the most excellent, personal customer service. I won't be going anywhere else but Herts and Essex Van Sales next time I need a va!

Everything is going really well with my new Mercedes- Benz Sprinter. I don't want to comment to much on the performance or the mechanics of the van just yet as I am currently in the process of converting it into a camper van so haven’t drove it much... I did drive it home from the dealership and everything was sweet, it drove like a dream and actually very smooth for a clunky thing. Also as I'm taking chunks out of it it’s not fell apart just yet... so surely that must be a good sign of a good solid van haha! Can't wait to get it fully converted and on the road in my home on wheels!
