I have already recommended a few people to Herts & Essex Van Sales after a terrific experience dealing with Jack. I went to purchase a Mercedes Sprinter for work and when I turned up in it at work everybody was well impressed with it, all looking at it and wanting a spin haha! I am happy as can be, I am happy with the condition and how it drives. Customer service here is amazing, Jack is utterly brilliant, he is actually a brilliant fella, from the sales aspect it was perfect! I've had a niggle or two with the van as expected with anything that is used, but nothing major at all. Jack made the experience stress-free and took care of everything along the way. Everything is going well, no complaints whatsoever. The Van (Transit Van) is as expected and I'm very happy with it. Spoke to driver who is using the van and he is very happy with it, says it drives like a dream. The staff are amazing people so very friendly and helpful and they know their vans like the back of their hands, very good product knowledge, there wasn't a single question they couldn't answer.

I'm thoroughly impressed with the VW Crafter van – it's truly lovely and even better than I anticipated. The weighty service history was a huge factor towards my purchase, this van has been looked after well during its lifetime. The sales team were exceptional, ensuring everything was sorted out seamlessly. They're a group of lovely individuals who are incredibly helpful and accommodating with any concerns. When it's time for another van purchase, I'll definitely turn to them again.

I found Herts and Essex staff to be really helpful, they know the vans like the back of their hand and great at answering all questions. Purley sell the van based on what you want and what suits you best which makes the time spent there even better.

I am overall very happy with the outcome, I purchased a very neat and tidy van that runs smoothly. I would absolutely rate 5/5 stars for Herts and Essex Van sales. There were lots of different vans here for sale which are highly reliable and in great condition. I can highly recommend!
