I found the staff down at Herts and Essex to be very friendly and kind, the lads made sure I was well looked after during the buying process. So far so good! I haven't actually started using the van as of yet but as far as I know we are all good! Id like to say cheers for the level of customer service provided to me when I was down at the dealership. From start to finish your guys were great, the turn around was pretty rapid too. The van was presented beautifully, how you make a Custom - (work van) look so great I will never know. It was spotless, very clean and tidy. I travelled down to Herts and Essex from Manchester and the lad who we dealt with waited until 7.30 for us, fair play to him! We came to the dealership with one van in mind and left with two so make of that what you will, I wouldn't have bought two if I wasn't happy would I!? The lad who I dealt with was proper sound, happy go luck type, bouncing off the walls. No complaints what so ever.

The Movano I purchased in November is perfect and running nice and smoothly, I am pleased to say nothing negative to report on that front! Joe at Herts and Essex Van Sales was as good as gold and looked after me from start to finish. I would have no concerns returning here for another van in the future.

The bloke who I dealt with (I sadly can't remember his name) at Hearts and Essex was really good and really helpful! He got everything sorted for me so the purchase was really smooth and quick! The Vivaro I purchased is doing well, I have encountered no issues with it. Only down side of my experience was how far away the dealership is, it was a bit of a trek for me but it was well worth it!
