I travelled down to Herts and Essex from Manchester and the lad who we dealt with waited until 7.30 for us, fair play to him! We came to the dealership with one van in mind and left with two so make of that what you will, I wouldn't have bought two if I wasn't happy would I!? The lad who I dealt with was proper sound, happy go luck type, bouncing off the walls. No complaints what so ever.

The bloke who I dealt with (I sadly can't remember his name) at Hearts and Essex was really good and really helpful! He got everything sorted for me so the purchase was really smooth and quick! The Vivaro I purchased is doing well, I have encountered no issues with it. Only down side of my experience was how far away the dealership is, it was a bit of a trek for me but it was well worth it!

I have 2 issues with the van, however, the team are made aware of this and have booked the van in to get it sorted, so I am happy with how things are being handled. The van is great to drive, an the chaps have been a great help, so I can't complain really.
