Didn’t really have to do much from my end. It was a really efficient process. They were incredibly helpful and showed me all the other vans. The van I originally went for, I ended up changing my mind on, so they walked me through and showed me others, displaying my options and making sure I had a look at their range before I came to a decision. They gave me all the information I needed and talked me through all the vans. Then I had a test drive and they gave me time to make a decision without being pushy or applying any pressure.
