We have been absolutely flat out since purchasing the Sprinter in July, we are converting it into a camper so its been go go go. We found the van online and it was the perfect model for our plans to convert into a home on wheels! The guys were ever so friendly and really helpful with us. So far we have got the windows in, insulation, and the floor in, we are super excited for the completed product and to enjoy many happy holidays away in our camper! Its been hard work, but will be very much worth it! Thanks for all your help down at the dealership guys, we couldn't have done it without you.

These guys are really excellent such fantastic customer support, very friendly and all the time they answer the phone. I had few issues with the van and they are very helpful, supporting me directing me and giving me lots of help and advice correctly. I got all information and explanation at sale stage from the sales office. The communication was excellent all the time, they are calling to check I am happy and follow up on any requests. I was helping my Dad find a new work van, and I found a lovely looking Mercedes Sprinter for a great price, the van looked tidy and in tip top condition. I took my Dad down to see the van and he snapped it up there and then, he has driven vans forever and said this is by far the best he's come across and a belting price too. I have had such a great service from Herts & Essex Van Sales, from the moment I enquired about the Sprinter the service was professional, honest and helpful. I even had a niggle after the sale where the seatbelt sensor is constantly beeping and I spoke to the guy at Herts and Essex and he said just bring it back and we will have a look - I've just not had time yet.
