Thought I'd take 5 mins to say cheers to Cosmin - He's a top bloke. We found Herts and Essex Van Sales on eBay and everything's been all good. We've used the Sprinter every day since we picked it up and it's not put a foot wrong on any multi-drop or long distance journeys.. No complaints

We're shop fitters so it's important our vans are big enough to carry large sheets of glass. The Mercedes Sprinter's just the job, so we've owned six so far. We initially came across the lads Herts & Essex Vans on the internet - They had a great selection of vans in stock and the prices were right, so we've just stuck with them from then on to be honest. Having been after a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van in particular, mainly due to their reliability, I chose it because being chain-driven stops any chance of a belt breaking. The vans are spacious, practical, and overall, brilliant to drive and use. The customer service from Herts and Essex Van Sales was very professional. Cosmin, who I dealt with mostly, was very friendly and helpful. He arranged the finance, and the entire process was just a breeze. When it was time to collect my van, it had been freshly valeted, looked, and smelt great. Also, when signing the paperwork, it came with a free six-month warranty, which really gave me peace of mind. So, really, I have no complaints just a very good service provided.
