Herts Prestige were extremely helpful and but also very relaxed Jeff was very informative regarding the vehicle we purchased and on our return to collect our vehicle it had been washed and fuel had been added If the vehicle performs as well as the customer service we will be more than happy

Having negotiated an agreed price for a Mazda 3 arranged with salesman Jeff King at Herts Prestige on 4th May to view vehicle at his suggestion at 2:30 on Friday 5th as it was on blocks awaiting refitting of reconditioned alloys as agreed. However, received voice mail at 11:22 on 5th to say car had been sold and was just driving out. Called King but told by another herbert that he was not in and dismissed in brusque fashion. Fair or SHARP practice? Not impressed. Avoid Herts Prestige!

Every review is appreciated, even bad ones so we can learn from any mistakes, but on this occasion the customer in question was asked a couple of times to reserve the vehicle with a small holding deposit, which he refused,so was told by myself the car will still be up for sale
until his arrival. Unfortunately for this customer the vehicle was reserved over the phone with a deposit by a colleague and picked up later the same day.
This does happen hence why we offer the deposit route to reserve the vehicle to avoid disappointment. Definitely NOT sharp practice

Many thanks for your review, but there was no sharp practice here. We are in the business of selling great cars and with all customers if this was the vehicle for you, you would have been offered the chance to leave a refundable deposit subject to viewing and driving. Unfortunately you refused this offer .

I bought a Vauxhall Astra back in June from Herts Prestige. I originally saw it on their site and when I went to see it, it was very clean and matched its description. The staff were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The car is great value for money and I have had no issues at all up to now. I would highly recommend.

After going to several independent car dealers Herts Prestige were by far the best.
The sales team were polite and knowledgeable.
There was no pressure and the choice of vehicles is great.
A definite 5 star service.

My review for Herts Prestige has to start with saying that they were a very friendly dealership. I believe they adapted to the situation they were in and spoke to me in terms of my age group which was nice, had a little issue with the engine management light but it has gone off and they said to take it back if I had any more issues which was nice to hear.I would come back to buy from here again
