I have recently purchased a Volkswagen from Herts. I have to admit Abdul went out of the way to hear us out and made sure all our fears are laid to rest by providing absolute transparency in the dealing ship. We were running late as we had to commute for 3 hours to reach the office but Abdul was very professional and patient in all his dealings and stayed late, after office hours just to make sure we are fully satisfied with the car and all the paperwork is complete. It’s very rare to find authentic and genuine local dealers like Herts. Highly recommended!

Bought a Vauxhall mokka from the guys at herts used cars , great service , car developed a fault code soon after purchase and the guys had no hesitation in resolving the issue to my satisfaction . So would definately deal with again

I was after an older automatic car to see me into my last couple of years as a driving instructor before I retire, came across Herts used cars ltd, via motors.co.uk decided to give them a ring and from there the company have been nothing but helpful in my dealings with them, at a vary fair rate even delivering the car upto the North East , cars in very good condition as they said it was as it was a video sale , a little problem popped up which they sorted as the car had 3 months warranty on it, all in all I would recommend this company for your next used car perchase 100% many thanks 👍

They offered a great price and did what they said. Very nice people and it was quick and easy.
Car was clean, inside and out. Ran well and staff very helpful. I found the advert to be honest. Sales staff not pushy and very helpful. After buying the car I took it for service and found some issues that needed immediate attention to get the car working at its best. I contacted the company to let them know and they contacted me within a couple of hours to chat through the issues. They gave me a percentage of the repair costs to help me get the car running better. Cannot recommend enough. Best car buying experience I have ever had from a business
