I had a few issues with the Hyundai Tucson I bought from Hexon Cars, mainly with the gearbox and TPMS. I think the true test of a dealership is how they handle things when something goes wrong, and honestly, I’ve been seriously impressed with how Hexon dealt with it all. They took care of any expenses without hesitation, no questions asked. I’m a realist so I know used cars aren’t always going to be perfect — but the way they supported me throughout has been top notch. Huge thanks to both Anna and Albert. I genuinely appreciated everything they did for me and I’d happily recommend Hexon to anyone based on my experience.

I honestly can’t speak highly enough of Hexon Cars – they’ve been absolutely outstanding and miles ahead of any other dealership I’ve dealt with in the past. Anna in particular was brilliant – always helpful, accommodating and even arranged to have my car delivered on a Saturday evening at around 7:30pm, which was well out of hours. Anna and Albert at Hexon Cars are seriously good. From the start, Anna was super communicative and quick to respond to my messages which I really appreciated. When I visited the dealership Albert couldn’t do enough for me...he must have pulled out eight or more cars for me to try. When I finally settled on the Kia Sportage, he even stayed past closing time to get the deal done. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I later had a small issue with the car but their team handled it brilliantly. They collected the car from my driveway exactly when they said they would and returned it right on time. Very pleased with the car. We were allowed plenty of time to inspect the car and a decent test drive. The car was delivered to our house the same day, and so far so good. On that basis I rate Hexon a 5/5

I hadn’t dealt with Hexon Cars before but my experience has been great so far. I visited the dealership a few times before buying my Ford Focus, and the staff were really polite and helpful. Anna in particular went above and beyond—despite the challenges I faced with finance, she never gave up and managed to get everything sorted. She explained everything clearly and provided plenty of information about my agreement. There were a few things I wanted touched up on the car before collection and the team worked hard to get everything done. It was perfect and I’ve really enjoyed driving it ever since! Thanks all!

The worst kind of car experience, all glossy and professional on the outside, real dubious business ethics on the inside. I bought a car at the beginning of Jan, with the reassurance the car had been serviced and also had a 52 point check done, close to the end of Jan, just 27 days after the purchase, the cam belt snapped leaving me stranded 400 miles from home. I’m now three months later and Hexon are refusing to pay me back my statutory refund as the goods where faulty at the point of sale. They refused me a courtesy car, refused to pick the car up and so far 3 months down the line, I’ve had to get a solicitor involved as they are refusing to refund me. Avoid at all costs.
