I bought a VW UP from hexon cars recently.Sebastian who sold the car told me that the car was a Cat N. Only to find out online that it was a Cat S. One day, the bumper came off for no reason, i asked for a refund but they refused. I paid for the RAC to inspect the car and RAC said it was unsafe to drive as it was not repaired properly. But still they refused to give me a refund, instead they said they were going to have it checked by the AA. When they had it checked, the findings were the same "this car was not repaired properly and is not meant to be sold unless repaired". After the checks and reports from the RAC and AA, they still refused to give me a refund until I told them that I will take them to court. After 2 mos of battle, they finally said they were going to issue me the refund and they said they were only being nice and not admitted the fact that the car is unsafe. After a week of giving them the car back, the car is now back for sale online as Cat N. Beware of this people

I had Anna help me buy my car, she was professional and very honest about the cars Hexon Cars had. This was so refreshing having a lady sell a car rather than men. Anna helped me through the whole process, I picked up some great finance on a car really loved. Im so happy that I have started recommending her to all my friends She was supportive, informative and honest every step of the way. She was super kind and friendly without being pushy at all. I can honestly say no other car sales operates like this one. well done team
I've bought a second car from Hexon Cars, and both are doing great. Apart from very nice service. I would like to thank for such service and nice time with coffee. If I change another car I will definitely do it in Hexon Cars.

I definitely recommend Hexon Cars. They have a nice range of cars for all sort of budget. Sebastian and Hannah are super friendly and easy to talk to... They are not pushy and make sure the customer is happy even buying a cheap car ;-)

I found the staff at Hexon Cars to be really knowledgeable and helpful. When I bought my BMW in January, the whole process was quick, smooth and easy. The car was in very good condition and despite the fact that I have had a couple of issues the staff have been great and got everything sorted quickly and easily. I would happily recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
