Would give no stars if I could; sold us a lemon which had problems the first day. They refused to do anything about it or give a refund, despite a garage report saying it would be at least £1,200+vat just to make it safe! Had to claim (successfully) using section 75 via my credit card company. - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I bought a VW UP from hexon cars recently.Sebastian who sold the car told me that the car was a Cat N. Only to find out online that it was a Cat S. One day, the bumper came off for no reason, i asked for a refund but they refused. I paid for the RAC to inspect the car and RAC said it was unsafe to drive as it was not repaired properly. But still they refused to give me a refund, instead they said they were going to have it checked by the AA. When they had it checked, the findings were the same "this car was not repaired properly and is not meant to be sold unless repaired". After the checks and reports from the RAC and AA, they still refused to give me a refund until I told them that I will take them to court. After 2 mos of battle, they finally said they were going to issue me the refund and they said they were only being nice and not admitted the fact that the car is unsafe. After a week of giving them the car back, the car is now back for sale online as Cat N. Beware of this people
