Just purchased a 2012 Corsa. Decent car and nice guys x

These "men" at Highbury Motors are a complete joke. From what I believe the company constantly changes its name so it can leave it's terrible reputation behind! We bought a car from them that broke down in less than a week we took it back and they told us to take our 5 children shopping in Bristol for the day while they fixed it, said they would ring when they had finished we waited hours and hours with 5 exhausted children, we decided to go back to find they had done nothing at all and didn't really care they wouldn't give us our money back and wouldn't fix the car, I know 7 other people who have also had the same issue with them, they were in the newspaper lately too for how terrible they are but again they just changed name! we are currently trying to find "John" as he told us was his name so get our money back but he is no where to be found, karma will come for them one day.

I would definitely recommend. Purchased a vehicle over the phone and had it delivered. It was for my wife surprise birth. This could have only gone one of two ways. I can safely say my wife is impressed and the car was as described the only issue was the tax which we sorted in the end. happy wife-happy life!

iI had arranged to Part exchanged my vehicle with this these guys in Bristol. The day i was suppose to collect my new vehicle and trade in my old one there was smoke was coming from under my bonnet on my old car which i wanted to part exchange. (Nightmare i Know) I called the garage and was honest, they sent there mechanic who found a blocked pipe and repaired it on the spot. They still took my vehicle in and gave me the £3250 they had originally offered minus one hours labour for sending there mechanic which i thought was more then fair! I am so far happy with my new ford galaxy and very pleased with the guys there for being honest as i could have been in a very worse situation. Oh and the valeter Bill was a great guy who also took us out on test drive and gave us loads of freebies :) cheers guys i shall be back.

Purchased a car and part exchanged my old car. Decent guys, satisfactory sevice. Nothing too amazing however no bad points to mention.

Bought a car 2 days ago from here to wake up the next day and found the steering wheel was crunching and making a horrible sound. The man said there was 3 months warranty so rang the garage up to ask them to take a look at it since I wasn't happy for the slap head behind the desk to say the warranty only covers the engiene and gear box but if you bring it back we will sort it out for you at a cheaper cost... What a joke, the staff aren't very helpful and don't actually know much about the cars... 2 days and my car is buggered already, spending money already. Also had no log book or V5 with the car and had to buy a new one for £25 which I thought would be sorted before I bought it since it was meant to be a professional garage. The car was SORN but still aloud to drive away from the garage, not just me who has had trouble at this garage, friends have had issues to. Stay clear unless you want a buggered car before driving it without any help to fix it without a big ass price
