I have dealt with Dill and Paul for almost a year now and find them to be a refreshing change to the stereotypical used car dealer. I have always found them to be polite, courteous, helpful and constantly strive to deliver first class customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Highbury motors compared to other dealers offered me a top price for my previous car. Also they gave me a 15 Month warranty for a discounted rate. I can safely say I am happy with my purchase. Yes I had a minor issue or two but nothing the warranty company didn’t sort out. Thanks Highbury team. Ps my daughter is still talking about your dog.
The Citroen I bought from Highbury Motors wasn't advertised properly, and when the car had issues the aftercare wasn't very good either. I wouldn't use them again!

Great service from start to finish, my son purchased his first car from here. We are very happy, a tailored made plan was given to suit his budget and needs. I highly recommend Highbury Motors.
I think Highbury Motors are pretty competitive on their vehicle prices. Like any second hand car sale, there's always a risk something could go wrong. I purchased a Ford S-Max 2007 model with 122k on the clock in June 2017. I arranged for a AA Inspection (that's something you need to do for relative peace of mind). 3 months on and no problems whatsoever, really pleased with the vehicle. Paul and Dil were polite and courteous at all times and there was a fairly relaxed approach to selling the cars which I liked, nothing pushy at all. They were true to their word on every aspect of the sale. Admittedly, after the sale they took a while to send me through an invoice for work carried out on the vehicle, but it was eventually resolved by Paul who was very apologetic. The P/X price they gave me wasn't great, but overall I would definitely recommend them. Worth remembering that people usually only take the time to post feedback if they've had a bad experience, but don't bother when it's good.
All smiles when they want to take your money but try contacting them after they've got your cash they don't want to know. They refused to speak with us on the phone and didn't respond to our emails.
Bought a car from Highbury Motors in January, within a month the engine management light came on, I took it to my local garage to have the code read and the engine was misfiring multiple times, I was advised to have a compression test so I contacted Highbury Motors to organise this with their partnered garage and straight away they were telling me that my warranty only covered total engine failure (written in pencil on a receipt) - 1. they didn't make the warranty clear at all, they just tried to make the sale by offering '3 months warranty' which covers nothing. They spoke to me with a slightly bad attitude and didn't offer me a solution, I researched online to see what my rights were and emailed them with all the references directing to how they are liable to fix any issues etc. Within an hour they rang me asking me to come in (clearly didn't want anything to go further legally) something they should have brought up before during our phone call. I brought it into Stockwood Lane Garage an they did the compression test and had someone 'drive it up and down' and told me it seemed fine and if the light came back on to come back to them. I took it into my local for a second opinion and they said the compression test came up fine too, so I left it. Another few weeks the light came back on, I brought it back to Stockwood Lane and they again told me to 'come back if it comes on again' and generally didn't come across the most knowledgable garage. Within another few weeks it came on again (all 3 times showing different error codes), again I brought it into the garage, and after they read the code, they were on the phone (clearly to Highbury Motors) who more than likely told them to delay any work to get past the 6 month period where they are 100% liable unless proven otherwise. The light has been on for a while now, Highbury Motors never reply to emails and avoid contact / responsibility for as long as possible. I'm just waiting for something to go wrong with my car. It's been a massive ball ache since I purchased the car, I definitely would not recommend buying from them as they really don't care about customer satisfaction, it's all just a show to make as much money as possible. Thankfully laws are tighter now, but they will avoid any issues as much as possible, don't do what I did and give up - keep arguing with them if anything happens, they are 100% liable.

I bought car from this company (highbury motors) and the treatment I suffered from them is awful, speak very well but not good at all, bought a car just after three day the car develop major faults which I was more than happy for Highbury motors to service the car for me but the treatment after the arrangement as to the car been service was disgusting, not honest, not taking responsibility, poor customer services above all drop phone on you if you argue your right, I argue no one to do business with such a company who do not respecting your rights. Trading business with Highbury motors is a risk taking and you earn up loosing your money. I had been treated bad and awful by this guys and hoping to take further actions on them.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! SHOCKING, bought a car. Within two days had to spend £500 to get something fixed as was unsafe and unable to drive. The company offered £90 towards it. BUT DID NOT EVEN PAY US IT!! Then two weeks later something else happened and car wouldn't go now have to pay £1000 to get it fixed again. Highbury Motors are ignoring our emails and messages. Absolutely disgusting!!!!! Do not risk ur money....

I went to highbury cars to view a vehicle for my £2200 budget and i got talking to the guy he asked me about finance and i told him i had been refused many of time. Within 1 hour i was paying my deposit for a £4000 car!!!!! with only £200 deposit. So yes i had over £2000 left and a great car i have had my car for nearly 2 months now and the only problem i had i left the lights on and the battery died, I called the garage and they helped me with a battery for half of the price of halfords. I am happy so far and in love with my bmw
