Rude after sales lady amd receptionist and also drive around in your vehicle when put it in to be repaired using a quarter of tank of fuel when we are left over two weeks without a car Went to Nuneaton cinema, bulkington, stayed over night in exhall couple of trips to tescos while we are paying for a car we don't have you feel it's acceptable to drive it around at your leisure..disgusting behaviour stay away from this garage

Absaloute shambles, all of them, oj adam the lot, paid a deposit of £100 to secure a vechile of the market to see it and test drive it etc , first red flag they didnr remove the car from the website or from autotrader , or advise its been reserved, oj told me once deposit is taken it your car will be ready for collection/viewing within 4/5 days, i heard nothing back from them at all, when i called to see the progress i was put on hold for 15 mins at a time , adam who was assigned my sales rep never called me back as promised, i called on day 6 to say what is actually happening as i want to come down today ajd test drive the car. Bearing in mind car finance 247 had already arrnaged me finance and it was just waiting to be paid. Oj then tells me u cant come and test drive the car becauce its not on site and wont be until mid next week, everything about them is dogy and unproffesioanal, i then told them ive had enough and cancle everything, guess what i then get a call few hours later to say oh the car is now back on the site and availibe for collection, Moral of the story, they cant be trusted, and i woudlant of wanted to have a car from them. I feel there was somethimg wrong with the car and they botched it today becauae i said im cancelling it and just done what ever they could to get it back on site,

Worst experience ever.Kept me in the dark for weeks.So I cancelled the sale,they said ok due to circumstances of being messed around,they said I would get a refund.So I rang up asking for refund they said no.So a bunch of thieves and lying gits.

Went to purchase a mercedes a few months back and decided against purchasing the vehicle. Upon viewing the car I realised they had specifically taken the pictures to hide the seat from being ripped. I had left a deposit upon approval of finance and was also given a document to confirm that a full refund would have been issued if it went through.. it didn't go through and I had to take this company to the small claims court just to get only 'half' of my money back. Owner was also extremely rude and nasty on the phone. Avoid this company like the plague. Bunch of con artists.

Purchased my car last month and the service has been awesome. The sales and aftersales have been great in attending to me and my family. Will definitely recommend to others . Thanks guys

waste of time on guaranty dont even reply if you have issue bunch of idiots who will give scrap price for car you want exchange avoid at any chance

Didn't see the reviews first. Same as other mentioned. Sold a broken down car to me, then forced me to repair it when I asked for refund. After a month agreed to issue refund but nothing so far. Avoid calls and no responses to emails. Intentionally avoid the calls and ignores the emails. Absolutely a con! Don't go. No money, no car, and expenses of more than a grant from my pocket.
