I was pretty impressed by the staff altitude towards me. They took me through everything i needed to know about the car and I'm so happy with my car. Will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I bought a mazda 6 from Highlanders today i won't name names but all staff were very professional and the knowledge of the cars they sell is second to none I'm really happy with my purchase and look forward to many miles of happy driving knowing that if there is any problem I know they will sort it.

Mostly satisfied with my purchase from Highlanders, the car was great, the price was also good, friendly staff whilst I was there which meant the purchasing of the car was overall; good. The aftercare is where they let themselves down, I called numerous (3) times in regards to my logbook and each time I was told they'd find out some info for me and then call me back. None of those times they called me back, so that was a massive let down after a good sales experience. They also recommended that I email their admin department, which I did, twice, who also never responded to my emails... So I found the after care a bit shabby but other than that everything else was good.

Very helpful staff, OJ was brilliant and very helpful after travelling 120 miles to get there we weren’t disappointed. Would definitely recommend the garage to friends and may return in the future to buy off them again.
