Our sales representative at Highlander's was a very helpful young man in showing us around the car we were interested in a VW Touareg. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered all our questions and explained the special features the vehicle had. The car was serviced,clean and well presented. Overall a pleasant experience at Highlander buying a car.

We had a lovely sales experience, they were knowledgeable about cars and went above and beyond so we could pick up the car on the day. The car broke down (not their fault), and after sales care was ok too.
